The new semester has not been favorable for the Stallions as the squad lost nine players due to injuries, academics and transfers. The remaining core group has adapted quickly to the changes in the lineup and the increased ice time. The improvement in the team's overall play has been noticeable in the last few weeks.

Blake Siewertsen continues to lead the team in scoring with 10 goals and 16 assists - averaging a point per game. Alex Hufford and Justin Thayer have been solid in net, each faced 60+ shots in their games against Indiana Tech two weeks ago and were able to stop over 90% of the rubber thrown at them.

Ryan Lehman, from Batavia, Illinois, has moved up to the Division 1 Stallions from the D3 program. Ryan has 3 goals and 2 assists in 5 games with the D3 Club. Ryan is a freshman majoring in Aviation and will wear #23 for most games.

THE ADRIAN BULLDOGS

Adrian is the defending ACHA Division 1 National Champions and have compiled a 14-4-0 record in 2022, earning 6th overall in the most recent ACHA Division 1 National Ranking.

The Bulldogs took it to the Stallions at Arrington Arena last night winning 14-0.

The Stallions only managed to put 11 shots on goal and while Justin Thayer made 58 saves in the game, the Bulldogs were able to put 72 shots on goal. That is the most shots faced in a game this year by a Stallion goaltender.
