OPPONENT View ACHA Game Preview> University of Alabama Crimson Tide - Division 1 The Crimson Tide are returning the Stallions trip to Birmingham from last year.
Alabama is 3-7 so far this year and #22 Gianni Dini leads the team with 4 goals and 10 points.
The Stallions and Tide will play again tomorrow night at 8:45pm at Wings West.
National Rankings:
The first ACHA Division 1 computer rankings were released this week.
The ranking are updated each week and are used to determine who participates in the National Tournament in March.
LAST WEEK:
The Stallions return from an eventful, but unproductive trip to Buffalo and the Buffalo Meltdown.
Friday: The Stallions lost 2-8 to West Chester University with West Chester scoring 4 powerplay goals.
Stallion goals were scored by Siewertsen and Bratte.
Saturday: The Stallions fell 2-4 to Temple University. The game was close until late in the third period when the Owls scored 3 goals in 3 minutes.
Stallion goals were scored by Clark and Siewertsen.
Sunday:
The Stallions lost 5-6 in a back and forth game. The Stallion came back in the third to lead 4-3, but couldn't keep the lead. An empty net goal turned out to be the difference.
